About me and my therapy practice
Trust, empathy and a space to be fully heard is what I can offer. In the counselling world, my modality is in the integrative humanistic approach, the simplest way to describe the practice is 鈥淭alking therapy鈥.
In addition to being a therapist, I have been a teacher for over 15 years, which means I have supported people with a wide range of life experiences, including :
LGBTQI+,
Racial Identity,
Sexual Identity
Teenagers
Eating disorders,
Relationship breakdown,
Anxiety,
Low self-esteem
How do you feel about yourself, who are you? What are your goals, what are your aspirations, what coping strategies do you already use to help you through the day. These are all the aspects of self that we can work on together in a completely judgemental free space.
I am also a registered member of the British Association for Performing Arts Medicine
Let鈥檚 get back to you and find some peace, reassurance, self-assurance, power and growth.
