About me and my therapy practice
The therapeutic relationship between a client and a therapist is essential for personal growth, and it is a co-created effort. I’m a respectful and welcoming person with a deep interest and commitment to psychotherapeutic work.
In my practice, I understand the importance of creating and maintaining a safe space for people to share their personal experiences. Collaborating with me will allow you to speak candidly in a confidential and compassionate environment. I am a firm believer in the benefits of self-awareness, which enables us to improve our relationships with ourselves and others.
