I have over 10 years experience working with neurodiversity along with extensive experience in addiction and trauma.

I am an integrative counsellor whom works in a pluralistic manner, what that means is I tailor make what I deliver and offer based on the individual鈥檚 needs. I may use CBT, DBT or ACT, it鈥檚 entirely dependent and adapted to your needs whilst having a person-centred humanistic approach at my core. 

Everyone is capable of growth, given the right conditions and my aim is to provide those conditions.

On occasions I may offer a therapeutic tool that could be of use, based on what is brought to the sessions, I can provide the tools, it鈥檚 up to you how to use them.

My aim is to offer a safe environment to enable healing, growth and then strengthen and arm you so not only will you surpass your challenges, but have the tools necessary to combat future challenges too. I don鈥檛 just want to help; I want to make you stronger.

I attempt to keep my rates affordable as I believe everyone has the right to therapy and attempt to convey this in my price.

I have:

1.  full BA(hons) degree in counselling at a 2:1
2. Fda in counselling Children and young people
3.  trained in trauma treatment.
4. Over 10 years experience working with neurodiverse clients.

Throughout life鈥檚 journey I have developed a spiritual and open-minded view on the world and its inhabitance, there鈥檚 a side to every coin. Life is precious in all its forms. I found my purpose in life by helping others, I am a passionate helper and persistently seek way鈥檚 in trying to support others in having a fulfilling life.

I am a passionate and proud rocker/biker and counsellor. I try to instil within my demeanour it鈥檚 okay to be different, wonderful even, be who you want to be, regardless of age, faith, gender or sexuality.
