My first session
If you decide to book straight on for a first session, our first session together lasts one hour and provides an opportunity to explore your current situation, what you hope to work on, and your expectations of counselling.
We will discuss and agree ways of working together, and I will carry out an assessment to ensure that I can work with the issues you are looking to explore.
We will then set up a regular appointment for future 50-minute sessions.
