Practice description

In my practice, you can expect empathy, honesty, and gentle challenges. Together, we’ll uncover patterns, bring awareness to unconscious processes, and work towards meaningful change or greater self-acceptance.

I offer a safe, confidential space to explore your thoughts and feelings without judgement. My integrative approach combines person-centred, psychodynamic, CBT, and Gestalt therapies, tailored to your needs.

What to expect

  • Empathy: a warm, non-judgemental space where you feel heard.
  • Transparency: clear feedback and realistic goals.
  • Psychoeducation: insights to empower informed choices.
  • Gentle challenges: explore emotions and behaviours at your pace.

How I work

I tailor sessions to address anxiety, depression, ADHD, low self-esteem, and more. Whether you're facing relationship issues, stress, or personal struggles, I’m here to help.

My first session

Your first session is a gentle, collaborative process to help us get to know each other and create a personalised plan for your counselling journey. We’ll explore your current challenges, goals, and what you hope to achieve in therapy.

What to expect

  • Assessment and understanding: We’ll discuss your mental health history, current feelings, and support network to build a clear picture of your unique circumstances.
  • Your goals: Together, we’ll identify your objectives, whether it’s managing anxiety, improving self-esteem, or something else.
  • Comfort and connection: This session allows you to decide if you feel comfortable with me as your counsellor, as trust is key to effective therapy.
  • Practical details: We’ll cover session frequency, duration, fees, and any questions you have.
  • Framework for therapy: I’ll explain how future sessions will work, providing clarity and structure.

By the end of our first session, you’ll have a clearer sense of how we can work together to support your mental well-being.
