About me and my therapy practice

I am a psychodynamic psychotherapist with years of experience in public, private, and military settings.

My approach is integrative, drawing from psychodynamic insights, cognitive-behavioral techniques, humanistic principles, and an evidence based background. This ensures a personalised therapy experience that resonates with patient specific challenges and goals.

With children and adolescents I also incorporate elements from play therapy and creative expression, I believe in the power of symbolic communication and creative exploration as valuable tools for self-discovery.
