About me and my therapy practice

I help support adults and young adults through challenging times, including periods of anxiety, stress, depression, bereavement, low self-esteem, relationship and family issues as well as major life transitions.

People come to therapy for many different reasons and I believe that it takes courage to do so. Maybe life feels more difficult than usual or you are feeling stuck in some way and you are not sure why. My focus is on creating a warm, non-judgemental and supportive space, where you can reflect on your current situation and feel truly accepted and heard.

I am an integrative psychotherapist and have been trained in a variety of therapeutic approaches. I believe that some counselling styles suit some people more than others, so I adapt my approach to support your current needs. I will support you in exploring a deeper understanding of what might be troubling you and we can work together to navigate and make sense of complex feelings, helping you identify ways to make positive changes to your life.

Before my career as a psychotherapist, I worked in the City. As such, I am aware of the personal and professional pressures that individuals can face in the workplace.

I also have experience of living in different countries and of adapting to different cultures and languages. I am passionate about helping support people in navigating these transitions.
