About me and my therapy practice
I work both long and short term with clients, online and face to face to face in Altrincham.
My background was in the legal profession as a solicitor and I understand the pressures working life can bring, especially combined with family life.
My counselling training was in a model called Transactional Analysis, which was followed by two years training in Integrative Psychotherapy which, put simply, means I have a variety of tools to help and support you to develop your wellbeing.
Practice description
I am warm and empathetic, and provide a welcoming and quiet space for you to explore what is troubling you at your own pace.
My first session
I offer an initial free 20 minute phone consultation to explore what you are looking for in therapy.
