About me and my therapy practice

Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¾«×¼×ÊÁÏ

Thank you for visiting my page. My name is Brian I am an Integrative Counsellor with Person Centred, collaborative approach. I became a Counsellor later in life, after 30 years in Industry. My passion for helping people comes from a wealth of life experience and self discovery. I offers a safe, confidential, non-judgemental space where you can feel fully respected, and explore your thoughts, feelings, and concerns. Thoughts and feelings directly impact behaviour and mood and can affect our ability to cope with life. Talking through these feelings can help encourage positive change.

The time is yours to explore any issues that you feel are causing you distress.

I have a particular speciality in counselling people who are, or have been, affected by addictions, reflected in my work as a therapist at The Priory. One of the most successful Addiction rehabilitation hospitals in Europe. Counselling can be effective in managing both substance (alcohol, drugs etc) and behavioural (gambling or shopping, for example).

I also offer counselling services to clients experiencing issues with:

Anxiety

Bereavement

Loss and Grief

Depression

Shame and Self-criticism, Low self-esteem, Trauma, Self-Harm

Practice description

I work from a person Centred perspective, and as such, I appreciate the uniqueness, and autonomy of the individual. As an Integrative Counsellor, I can draw on different techniques to find the best approach for you.
