About me and my therapy practice
You are welcome to an open door and a hearty safe environment. I know it is an overwhelming decision but you do not have go through this alone. I am here to offer you support while you gain fresh insights and learn new ways to tap into your inner truth and wisdom. I believe that within everyone lies an inner strength and resilience, an ability to heal and grow and when nurtured will thrive.
Practice description
I recognise that each person has unique differences therefore I work holistically in my approach. Creativity, is embedded so it embraces an organic approach that works in building different ways of communication. I also integrate mindfulness and meditation in sessions depending on clients wishes.
