Practice description
As a therapist, I offer a compassionate, non-judgmental space where clients can explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences openly. I also integrate techniques from cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT), Gestalt, TA and mindfulness when appropriate, to support clients in managing specific challenges such as anxiety, depression, or stress.

I strive to create a trusting, collaborative relationship where your voice is always at the centre of the therapeutic process. We will work together at a pace that feels comfortable for you, setting goals based on your personal needs and aspirations.

My first session
I offer a free initial meeting of up to 20 minutes. This gives us a chance to get to know each other and to decide we might be a good fit. If you choose to continue, we will agree on a session plan—usually weekly at first—and establish how we’ll work together. In our initial sessions, we will focus on exploring your challenges, clarifying your goals for therapy, and building a strong therapeutic relationship. I offer both short-term and long-term counselling with regular reviews to reflect on your progress, evaluate any changes, and adjust our approach as needed. If you prefer to set specific goals, we can track and review them throughout our work to ensure you're moving toward the changes you want to see.
