My hours of work are 10am-9pm, Monday to Friday.
I work online or by telephone and am available for face to face sessions in Woking on Wednesday evenings from 5-8pm.
About me and my therapy practice
Making changes in your life can be very challenging. Sometimes we can feel stuck in the way that we are feeling. This may have been the case for a long time, or just recently. For whatever reason this is, counselling can help with seeing a way forward, by discovering the root cause, working on ways to cope and develop strategies to move on with your life.
I am an experienced, qualified counsellor who is registered with the Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¾«×¼×ÊÁÏ.
I have worked with a variety of clients, dealing with issues such as: Bereavement, depression, anxiety, self-esteem, identity, and trauma, to name a few.
I use an integrative person-centred approach which draws from a variety of different techniques suited to the clients’ needs.
I am very focused on providing help to my clients and I am very passionate about counselling. I would be honoured to connect with you and help make a difference in your life.
I offer a safe, confidential place for you to work through your feelings and work within the professional code of ethics set by the Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¾«×¼×ÊÁÏ.
I work with adults (18+). I charge £60 for a 50 minute session and all potential clients are offered a free assessment session.
My first session
The first session will be a free assessment to find out what you are looking for from therapy, what your presenting issue is; and it is also a good opportunity for us to meet each other.
