About me and my therapy practice

I am a fully qualified integrative counsellor psychotherapist and have a number of years experience working in the mental health sector.

As an integrative therapist, I believe that there is no single approach that fits all and instead use a combination of psychodynamic, humanistic and cognitive behavioural techniques to ensure that I can work in the most effective way, helping you in the way that suits you best.  As individuals we are unique and think, feel and behave differently and I believe it is important to recognise this and work with clients in an individual way too.

I provide a warm, safe, non-judgmental space where we can work together with complete confidentiality.  My approach is supportive and involved.  I often work to explore patterns of behaving and relating with others, while at the same time identifying practical approaches which can help you make changes in your everyday life.  I see our work as a collaborative process with the quality of our relationship at its heart.

Practice description

I offer in-person sessions in Hampstead, NW3 and online sessions.

I offer a free, initial, 20 minute, no-obligation consultation during which we can discuss what is bringing you to therapy, where I can answer any questions you have and where you can get a sense of how we might work together.

I am situated opposite the Royal Free Hospital in Hampstead, close to Hampstead and Belsize Park tube stations, Hampstead Heath Overground and several bus routes.  There is parking available nearby.
