About me and my therapy practice
Are you feeling overwhelmed, stuck, anxious, or unsure of what you're feeling? It’s completely normal to experience these emotions, and you don’t have to navigate them alone. Life’s challenges can sometimes make us feel isolated, but counselling can offer you a safe, confidential space to explore your thoughts and feelings without judgement. Together, we can work through your difficulties, helping you gain clarity and understanding while building your resilience and self-esteem. My aim is to help you move toward living a more fulfilling and empowered life.
Practice description
As a qualified Person-Centred Experiential Counsellor, I work with adults, children, and young people (age 6 and up) in the Eastbourne area. Rooted in the person-centred approach, my practice ensures that you will always be met with compassion, respect, and acceptance.
I am passionate about working with children and young people, creating a safe space where their voices are heard, and they are accepted for who they are. For young clients, it can often be difficult to find the words to express their feelings or experiences, and life can feel overwhelming and confusing. I adapt my approach to suit each individual, whether through creative, playful methods or simply talking to explore their world in a calm environment. I believe that trust and building a strong therapeutic relationship are essential, and I work at their pace to develop this connection. Through our sessions, my aim is to help young clients gain a better understanding of their feelings, build resilience and self-esteem, and ultimately lead more fulfilling lives.
