Person-Centred Counselling Online by Zoom
For individuals and couples/relationships
Have you been experiencing challenges that are negatively impacting your mental health?
Have you found it difficult to open up to friends, family, partners or colleagues for fear of being judged or misunderstood, leaving you unseen and unheard?
Counselling provides a supportive, inclusive and affirmative relationship to share about the issues that matter to you, at your own pace and in your own way.
Together we can look at a range of issues that might be affecting you such as:
anxiety, depression/low mood
addictions/unwanted behaviours
trauma/abuse
work pressures including burnout
family challenges
bereavement/loss
questions around gender, sex, sexuality, relationship
ADHD/Autism
and any other issues that are impacted your life right now.
I'm a person-centred counsellor. I'm here to offer you a space to be yourself. An opportunity for you to think, feel, sense and share what's happening in your world.
Do you ever have that experience of wishing you could say what was really going on but holding back?
Do you push down your own feelings and needs, offer a 'smile' or an 'I'm fine' when really you want to let it all out and take up some space?
We can do that together. You can be real, honest, expressive and however else you need to be.
I offer sessions on a weekly basis.
A 50 minute individual session is £60.
A 60 minute couple session is £80.
I have small number of concessionary places available for people on benefits and under 25s. Please ask about this if this applies to you.
