About me and my therapy practice
“Whoever you are, no matter how lonely, the world offers itself to your imagination, calls to you like the wild geese, harsh and exciting – over and over announcing your place in the family of things. (Mary Oliver)
Sometimes when difficult feelings takes over us it can be hard to hear that song of the world which brings a sense of belonging.
Have you been struggling in your life? Let’s have a chat and see if we can resolve it together!
