Currently I am offering sessions via zoom which is convenient and confidential.
Sessions are fairly flexible, most sessions are available during weekday late afternoons and evenings and on Sundays.
I recommend that sessions take place at the same time so that you can commit to working together at a steady pace. We can discuss this further in the initial consultation.

Hello, my name is Marcelle and it is a pleasure to connect with you. I am licensed in the state of California as a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT) #129593, where I am from. I am also registered through the Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¾«×¼×ÊÁÏ and AFT.
As a holistic therapist specializing in codependency, highly sensitive people, life transitions, and trauma-informed and body-oriented therapy, I understand that you may not be able to share what's going on with those closest to you without feeling like a "burden." Therapy is a safe place to express yourself where you can learn to live a new version of life.
I know that your circumstances are unique so I guide you through a process that is tailored to your lived experiences always with an end goal in mind aimed at helping you feel calmer, compassionate, and connected. Practice description
Do you identify as an anxious people-pleaser, a highly sensitive person, or an overwhelmed adult that is going through life transition at lightening speed? Codependency, life transitions, and trauma show up in many ways of life, and it looks different for everyone. Maybe you care deeply, but aren’t always in the most supportive environments, personally or professionally. You might question yourself often and might even feel like an imposter. Perhaps you are grounded, but this life transition is pulling the rug out beneath you. It’s hard to not take it personally and listen to those negative thoughts, anxiety further instills them.
I work with adults to integrate balance (which leads to confidence), fulfillment, and connection by equipping them with tools to embody boundaries, self-awareness, and compassion, while connecting them to their purpose.
Many of today’s solutions for codependency, trauma, and life transitions are leading so many to manage emotions and voice their needs, which is helpful. Yet, it does not always equate to a felt-sense of authenticity and self-compassion. I know that your circumstances are unique, so I guide you through a process that is tailored to your lived experiences, always with an end goal in mind.
First, we examine relational dynamics, family history, and triggers that are causing disconnected, overwhelmed and unfulfilled states. Then, we establish inner-balance from the inside out adapting various resources and tools that will be most effective for you (think breathing, grounding, and regulating the nervous system). Through our work together, you’ll integrate not just a skill set to come back to center, but an inner knowing and connection that you need to thrive in your relationships.
My first session
I provide a free, no obligation, initial 15-minute exploratory call via zoom to enable you to make an informed decision about whether we are the right fit for one another. If we decide to move forward, I will send you paperwork before our first session to review and complete. There will also be an assessment form, intake questionnaire, for you to fill in so that I can get to know you a little better and to have a good understanding of your individual needs before your counselling begins.
