I currently have availability for a few additional clients either in-person or on line.  

I generally see clients once or twice a week in person or on-line on an open-ended basis.  My approach is what might be regarded as a traditional psychotherapeutic approach informed by more recent developments in understanding early and childhood experience and advances in neuroscience.

I see adult clients in all stages of life from early adulthood to old age.  My previous experience as a professional and in business informs my work particularly with those who are dissatisfied with or feel 'stuck' in their careers and/or relationships and are seeking change in their lives.  I am familiar with the problems of those starting out in their careers, with parenting and with retirement as well as with the chronically ill.  I am experienced with those who have suffered trauma, abuse and addiction as well as with those who are seeking insight into themselves and the human condition.

I do not require clients to complete an assessment prior to a first meeting. First sessions provide an opportunity for mutual assessment of fit between therapist and client.  I charge a fixed fee of £150 for first sessions payable in advance.
