Availability

I have a flexible schedule during the week, with sessions available from 10 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. Monday to Friday. Please contact me to check my availability.

During the initial call, which is free of charge and lasts for up to 30 minutes, we will have the opportunity to check our chemistry with each other. You can briefly tell me about yourself and your specific needs, and I will ask you some questions to help me understand how best to support you. Together, we will discuss the practicalities of the sessions, such as scheduling and session length, to ensure that we can work together effectively.

About me and my therapy practice

My journey into psychotherapy began with a desire to understand the human experience and help others find their way through life's challenges. Over the years, I have had the honour of supporting both adults and adolescents as they navigate a wide range of emotional and psychological struggles, from anxiety and depression to self-esteem and identity issues.

A Safe and Supportive Space for Your Journey

From personal and professional experience, I know that healing starts with feeling truly seen and heard. My approach is warm, empathetic, and collaborative, where your unique story is valued and respected. I aim to create a safe space where you feel comfortable exploring your thoughts and feelings at your own pace, knowing that I am here to support you every step of the way.

A Holistic and Flexible Approach

I blend traditional psychodynamic psychotherapy with elements of life coaching and mind-body practices, crafting a holistic approach that goes beyond just addressing symptoms. My work draws from Polyvagal Theory, Internal Family Systems (IFS), trauma-informed, cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and creative expression to provide a tailored path that feels right for each person. Together, we will work not only to manage difficulties but also to understand and heal the deeper roots behind them.

Supporting Young People Through Life's Challenges

I am especially passionate about working with young people. Adolescence and early adulthood can be an exciting yet challenging time, filled with big questions and unique pressures. Many of the young people I work with face struggles like depression, anxiety, self-harm, and emotional ups and downs. My goal is to provide them with a space where they feel understood while helping them build resilience, self-acceptance, and practical coping skills for the future.

Practice description

Therapy is a journey we walk together. I see my role as guiding, supporting, and empowering you to uncover your strengths, self-awareness, and capacity for change. I genuinely believe in the transformative power of therapy and the strength we each hold to heal and grow, especially with the right support.

If you're considering therapy for yourself or someone you love, I would be honoured to be a part of your journey. You do not have to face these challenges alone. Let's explore your experiences, uncover new perspectives, and work toward healing together. Please feel free to reach out. I look forward to connecting with you.

I offer appointments online and in person. My private therapy room is exclusively used as my client space. It is located in the beautiful Chigwell area, about a 10-minute walk from the nearest tube station. Private parking is available for clients travelling by car.

Whether you visit me in person or connect with me virtually, I am committed to providing you with the highest quality of service and care.

My first session

I understand that opening up to someone new can feel daunting. My top priority is to create a safe, comfortable environment where you can share your thoughts and feelings at your own pace.

In our first session, we will have the chance to get to know each other. This is a time for you to tell me a bit about your story or answer some gentle questions if you would like. There is absolutely no pressure to dive into anything deeply personal until you feel ready—it is essential to feel comfortable first.

Our therapy sessions are 50 minutes long, and I incorporate creative approaches to meet your individual needs. If expressing yourself verbally feels challenging, we can use alternative methods such as metaphoric cards and art therapy. These approaches allow you to communicate and explore your feelings in ways that might feel more accessible or natural.
