About me and my therapy practice
There are many reasons why we find ourselves in search of a therapist.
I am a qualified and experienced psychodynamic therapist. I hold an MSc in Psychodynamic Counselling and Psychotherapy. Psychodynamic therapy provides a space for us to explore aspects of your past experiences and yourself that might be behind the obstacles that you face in your current life.
My experience includes working with anxiety, depression, autism, addiction, complex trauma and PTSD, grief, domestic abuse, anger management, identity, relationship issues, suicidal thoughts and personality disorders.
I am a registered member of the Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¾«×¼×ÊÁÏ and work in line with the Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¾«×¼×ÊÁÏ framework and ethics.

About me and my therapy practice
There are many reasons why we find ourselves in search of a therapist.
You might have come to a point in life where you are in search of answers that you would like to explore together in therapy. Perhaps you have noticed patterns over time that you would like to understand better. It could be that you have come to a realisation that something just needs to change.
Having a confidential and non-judgemental space where you can explore parts of yourself together with your therapist can be challenging, but also immensely rewarding.
I am a qualified and experienced psychotherapist offering psychodynamic therapy in the form of weekly sessions of 50 minutes. We can meet at either of my practices in Caterham or Reigate or have our sessions by video.
It can be difficult to take the step to begin seeing a new therapist. I am happy to have a discussion over the phone to go through any questions that you might have before meeting. We would also begin by having an assessment to see if psychodynamic therapy would be beneficial to you and where you can decide if it feels right for you to continue.
Therapy during family court proceedings
I also run a specific therapy service tailored to individuals who are going through family court cases. This involves weekly remote therapy for either part or the entirety of a case.
For those in family court cases involving abuse, in addition to offering weekly therapy, I also offer one-off sessions (1 hr) for moments of crisis.
