About me and my therapy practice

I am Heather, and I offer Person Centred Counselling/therapy. I have experience working with adults and young people from various backgrounds and cultures. Don't hesitate to contact me to discuss or ask questions regarding my approach.

I regularly engage in CPD and supervision to ensure safe practice for myself and potential clients. I currently work from my home (and some school settings), where I can provide a comfortable, safe and warm setting.

My first session

I offer a no-obligation 15-minute free telephone consultation.

Whilst we are amidst a cost of living imbalance, I have reduced my session fee to 拢40.
