About me and my therapy practice
Hello, and a warm welcome. I am a trauma informed counsellor, psychotherapist, wellness coach and have a background in naturopathic nutrition. I take a holistic approach when working with my clients, where my aim is to help empower you. I provide a calm, non-judgmental space where every part of you is allowed. Clients often appreciate being able to share thoughts and feelings that they haven't been able to anywhere else, where my role is to help guide and facilitate you towards vitality and growth while realising your potential within.
I tailor my approach to every client’s needs, understanding the different journeys we are all on, listening to your unique story where I am here to support and guide you to bring you back into union with self, where you can begin to feel life becomes enriching, while coming into alignment and inner peace.
It is always my priority the client feels comfortable and safe where questions are always welcomed and encouraged, so you can feel at ease before starting and throughout our healing journey together, while ensuring a safe space where you will be heard with empathy, understanding and compassion.
Practice description
I offer a free, no commitment 15 minute phone call where you can ask me questions or any concerns you may have about starting therapy.
I can offer open-ended counselling or time-limited work depending on your needs.
In my private practice, whether the therapy is face to face, virtually or by phone, my therapeutic space is always safe and confidential so you can feel comfortable and at ease.
My therapy room is based in a quiet, tranquil area within Hatfield Park where there is plenty of parking right out side and easily accessible by train.
My first session
Our first session will be a chance for me to get to understand and know you better, as well as what you would like to get out of therapy and any goals you would like to work towards. In this session we can also talk about what you can expect from therapy and the type of therapy I offer.
Counselling sessions are generally weekly, for 50 minutes.
When I can, I will always try my best to accommodate any needs you may have.
