About me and my therapy practice
Life is unpredictable and uncertain and this can bring a range of feelings and emotions which can sometimes be difficult to manage. I understand that seeking therapy can be a step into the unknown. I believe having the person across from you meet you at your most vulnerable with kindness, compassion and non judgement can be an extremely powerful experience. This is the space I hope to provide for you. I believe therapy is a deeply personal journey and the therapeutic relationship is an important part of that process.
I offer long and short term therapy, online and face to face in Twickenham (TW2). This space is easily accessible via public transport and with paid parking close by.
Practice description
I am a fully qualified therapist with a strong foundation in psychological principles and integrative techniques. I have several years of experience working with various groups of people within the charity sector and in private practice. I have experience in working with a wide range of concerns such as;

My aim is provide you with a space to feel heard, safe and seen. My own journey in personal therapy has been extremely rewarding and transformational, which I aspire to provide for you.
I work integratively, this means I blend and incorporate techniques from various modalities to best support you. I work in a trauma informed and culturally competent way.
My first session
Beginning therapy can sometimes feel a little uncertain. I encourage you to bring those feelings to the session to explore them a little further. My hope is to provide you with a space that feels open and safe enough to question and explore. There is always room for some giggles and your authentic self.
Free Introductory Call
I understand from personal experience how difficult it can be to find the right therapist for you. I therefore offer a free 15 minute phone call to help you decide if I am the best fit for you. During this time you can questions about the way I work and share what you are hoping to work on during out time together. This will help you gain a sense of what I am like and if my approach is suitable for you.
