About me and my therapy practice
Welcome to my page,
I am an integrative therapist with over 15 years of experience of helping individuals deal with life events and cope with complex mental health issues such as depression, anxiety, panic attacks, toxic relationship issues, low self-esteem, miscarriages, menopause, bereavement, social anxiety. Also experience with victims of abuse, self harm & trauma.
I also work with NHS staff, taking a solution focused approach to their mental health and wellbeing and helping to shift their mindset.
Reframing unhelpful thoughts, It is easy to develop negative patterns and unhelpful thoughts which lead to unhelpful feelings and behaviours. This can be very repetitive & be a vicious cycle. You can influence this process and improve your mental health. The best way to deal with this is to recognise them thoughts, challenge them feelings & replace it with a new process. This technique is called
CATCH IT, CHECK IT, CHANGE IT.
