About me and my therapy practice
Trying to overcome some things alone can be difficult and overwhelming. You are not alone, and you don't have to be.
This could be issues from the past, present, or even the future. I am here to walk with you through these difficulties as you discover more about yourself.
My Qualifications and experiences:
• PGDip Integrative Counselling and Coaching at University of East London (2020-2022) (Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¾«×¼×ÊÁÏ accredited)
• UEL BSc (Hons) Psychology (2012-2016) (BPS accredited)
I have extensive experience working with diverse groups of people across various races, ages, backgrounds, and belief systems. My primary focus has been in the NHS, where I provided a confidential, empathetic, and safe space for individuals seeking support while they await further assistance from services. Currently, I also work with Mind in Enfield and Barnet, delivering brief therapy to clients dealing with anxiety and depression.
Practice description
Every individual is unique so no single therapeutic approach may work. I am a qualified integrative counsellor and coach which means I can draw various therapeutic skills from the most renown approaches to fit and suit your struggles. My training allowed me to advance in this aspect and truly recognise individual differences and needs.
Our sessions will move at your pace and readiness to meet your specific needs. I am not here to tell you what to do or direct you in any way, eventually you will be doing this on your own. My role as your therapist will be to walk with you on the path to finding, discovering, and becoming whole with yourself.
In our sessions, I prioritise creating a supportive environment where you can share your thoughts and feelings openly. Conducting sessions online allows for a personal connection even from a distance. Each session typically begins with a brief check-in, enabling you to share any updates or feelings you wish to discuss. From there, we’ll explore the topics that matter most to you, using various therapeutic techniques tailored to your individual needs.
My first session
Reaching out for counselling can feel like a significant step, especially if it’s your first time. It’s normal to experience mixed feelings of hope and apprehension. This step signifies your readiness to prioritise your mental well-being and explore your thoughts in a supportive environment.
To help you decide if counselling is right for you, I offer a free initial consultation lasting 15-20 minutes. This session is a chance for you to ask questions, discuss your needs, and get a sense of my approach in a no-pressure setting.

Most common issues I support people with:
Anxiety: Helping clients manage symptoms of anxiety, develop coping strategies, and explore underlying causes.
Depression: Supporting individuals through feelings of sadness, hopelessness, and low energy - working together to find ways to improve mood and outlook.
Stress Management: Assisting clients in identifying sources of stress in their lives and teaching effective techniques for managing and reducing stress.
Self-Esteem and Confidence: Help individuals build self-worth and confidence while addressing negative self-talk and limiting beliefs
Relationship Issues: Supporting clients in navigating challenges in personal relationships, including communication problems, conflict resolution, and emotional intimacy.
