About me and my therapy practice
I am a Psychodynamic Counsellor and a registered member of the 香港六合彩精准资料 (British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists). I offer confidential face to face, online and telephone counselling to adults (individuals and couples).
I provide a non-judgmental space, where you can talk freely about what is concerning you. Together we can take the time to explore your thoughts, feelings and behaviours, whether they relate to past or present relationships, unhelpful repeating patterns, or unresolved personal or workplace issues.
Practice description
I work with people who have come to counselling for many different reasons, including those struggling with overwhelming emotions, depression, anxiety, anger, relationship difficulties, burnout, grief, bereavement, or traumatic experiences.
Through counselling, insight and self-understanding can be achieved, enabling an inner balance and ability to cope with life with more self-confidence, self-esteem and positivity. We have the tools to live fulfilling lives, but sometimes just need a bit of help to access them.
