Upon initial contact via email, the client shall provide the presenting problems and some basic information.
If the client is happy to proceed with the first session, we will arrange our booking through Calendly booking system. The first session will normally be 60-75 minutes and we will also discuss how the future sessions work for both of us.
The client will need to sign a counselling agreement before the first session starts.

My first session
Upon initial contact via email, the client shall provide the presenting problems and some basic information.
If the client is happy to proceed with the first session, we will arrange our booking through Calendly booking system. The first session will normally be 60-75 minutes and we will also discuss how the future sessions work for both of us.
The client will need to sign a counselling agreement before the first session starts.
