I am an integrative counsellor and have been in clinical practice since 2020.

About me and my therapy practice
Accepting people for who they are is very much who I am as a person. This comes from my childhood trauma and struggles of being accepted as me. I am neurodivergent and I work in an office which is wheelchair accessible. I offer a safe space which is diverse, non-judgemental, and confidential. Please visit my website for further details.
I have many years of experience of supporting others in the workplace with their mental and/or physical health through different roles in the British Army and in the care sector.
It is my own journey through therapy has given me much understanding of what it may feel like to reach out and ask for support, to believe that what I have felt was real and important. I thought my therapist was going to fix me! I was so wrong - my therapist stayed alongside me, supporting me to find my understanding and answers to what I brought to my sessions. With that my confidence began to grow leading me to where I am today - supporting others through their journey.
