My approach
I offer an open minded, and non judgemental space to be able to explore experiences and issues safely.
I understand that when coming to therapy people want to know that they are safe to discuss "any" issue no matter how embarrassing frightening or shameful it may feel.
This is why I ensure that my clients know right from the start that as a therapist, I am able to hold any information the client may need to bring that they find embarrassing frightening, sensitive or disturbing, safely, empathically and without judgement.
I look forward to working together
Rachel 🙂
