My name is Iris, and I am a fully qualified integrative and relational counsellor and psychotherapist.

I offer a confidential, empathic, and non-judgemental space where we can explore what it is that has brought you to seek counselling at this time in your life.

Counselling can be helpful at various stages in life, whether you are wanting to work through difficult experiences, trauma, grief, overcoming obstacles or working on managing your feelings in a different way or even if you are exploring who you are now and how you want to experience your life.

I can offer you a space where you can feel heard and validated as we embark on this therapeutic and explorative journey together.

It will be my honour to work with you and support you along the way.

Practice description

My approach is integrative and relational which means that the way I work is informed by a number of theoretical modalities allowing me to adapt based on individual needs.

My opening hours are:

  • Tuesdays & Thursdays 10-20
  • Wednesdays & Fridays 10-18

In addition to being a counsellor and Psychotherapists I have also trained as a mindfulness teacher.

My first session

I offer a free and informal 20-minute introductory call, via zoom, for us to see if we may be able to work together.
