Availability
I offer therapeutic counselling services from Monday to Saturday, excluding Fridays.
My working hours are as follows:
Monday to Thursday: 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Saturday: 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Sessions are available both online and in person.
About me and my therapy practice
I provide a safe and confidential space, where you can share and explore your thoughts, concerns and feelings.
I use various modalities such as person centred counselling, systemic, holistic and CBT to ensure the necessary support is provided for individuals/couples/families with any kind of process they may be experiencing. I work with compassion and understanding and my aim is to empower you the client to attain your own strengths and resources and enable you with tools of recovery and resilience.
Practice description
My core modality is Person Centred, which means I work in a non-directive way. I facilitate sessions in a very holistic manner and I'm able to draw on other modalities as and when needed.
I provide long and short term therapeutic counselling.
As well as running my own practice, I also work in schools and various organisations providing therapeutic counselling, workshops and training. This has enabled me to broaden my skills and experience by working with a diverse range of people with varied concerns and challenges.
My first session
Your first session will be 50 minutes and will include/require the completion of a short assessment form. This is essential to establishing your needs and allows for clarity & confirmation of the service/support you may need and which is best suited for you.
For your first session a 10% discount is applied. (When paying full price)
