I鈥檓 an Integrative Counsellor & Psychotherapist working in Manchester City Centre, Widnes & Online. As a Neurodiverse and LGBTQ+ therapist I have a lived experience in these areas and work extensively with clients in these communities.
I have experience of working with a multitude of presenting issues such as adhd, autism, depression, anxiety, suicidal thoughts, PTSD, bereavement, shame, trauma, low self-esteem, relationship issues, LGBTQ+ issues, gender identity, stigma, unhelpful & intrusive thoughts, feeling sad, social anxiety, low self-confidence, panic attacks, sexual abuse and work-related stress.

I have worked with many clients experiencing overwhelm and struggling to find the right work life balance.
As a Counsellor at Mind & Nightstop I have experience of working with a multitude of presenting issues such as depression, anxiety, suicidal thoughts, PTSD, bereavement, shame, trauma, low self-esteem, relationship issues, LGBT issues, gender identity, stigma, unhelpful thoughts, confidence, sexual abuse and work-related stress.

I graduated from Staffordshire University with a 1st class honours degree in Counselling. I undertook advanced modules in PTSD & Trauma and Grief & Loss, whilst also completing research on LGBTQ+ peoples experiences of accessing counselling & psychotherapy services.
