About me and my therapy practice

If you are searching for a safe and non-judgmental environment to reflect on your current experiences and challenges, counselling can help you achieve that and much more. I am a positive individual who is committed to helping others become more self-aware and resilient.

I use person-centred, solution-focused, and cognitive behavioural therapy approaches to tailor my counselling to the unique needs of each client. I work with a broad range of clients who have experienced work-related stress, relationship issues, anxiety, depression, and other conditions. My aim is to build clients' self-confidence and self-awareness while also exploring practical solutions.

I provide clients with the tools and strategies they need to manage and cope with their challenges. Some of the techniques I use include behavioural activation, relaxation, thought challenging, behavioural experiments, exposure therapy, and cognitive restructuring.

"Growth occurs when individuals confront problems, struggle to master them, and through that struggle develop new aspects of their skills, capacities, views about life" Carl Rogers.
