About me and my therapy practice
Do you need help with relational difficulties, anxiety, depression, or traumatic events? Seeking help can be difficult, particularly if you have learnt that you must endure your pain alone and silently. Counselling and therapy can be the way forward as a powerful release of all your private suffering, foster self-acceptance and understanding, to give you a chance to have a clearer sense of purpose and direction. As a Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¾«×¼×ÊÁÏ registered therapist, I am to give the best care to each of my clients, working to provide a psychologically safe environment where you can bring unattended injuries from your childhood, current struggles from work or personal relationships.
I bring my experience as a counsellor from working in various sectors, including NHS, private and charitable organisations, to offer you both short and long-term counselling. I have been working with individuals dealing with a broad range of mental health issues. I specialise in trauma, abuse and infertility. I have extensive experience working with anxiety, depression, relational difficulties, separation and divorce, bullying, bereavement, low self-esteem, work-related issues, stress management, eating disorders, and issues of LGBTQ+.
My focus is the therapeutic relationship, working with the here and now. I draw on a variety of approaches to meet your individual needs and circumstances. We all need to be listened to and can work through our difficulties if we are given the opportunity to work through our problems at our own pace in a safe and confidential environment. My part of the process is to gently help you to make sense of your difficulties, feelings and repetitive patterns that may unfold. I honour the uniqueness of my clients and welcome the rich diversity of the individual in the spirit of inclusion and celebration.
