About me and my therapy practice
Based in Central London (near Angel and near Liverpool Street), I offer in-person, online, and telephone counselling on a wide range of issues, including depression, anxiety, bereavement, and trauma. I am part of the LGBTQIA+ community.
Counselling is a fantastic tool for gaining clarity, processing pain and trauma, and discovering more about ourselves and what it means to be human. It can give us the confidence and resolve to make important life decisions and put us on the path to inner contentment.
As a therapist, I seek to facilitate this by providing a non-judgemental, confidential space in which the client can feel supported and develop greater awareness of themselves and the world around them.
I believe it is important for clients to find the right counsellor to support them on their journey, so please don't hesitate to contact me if you have any questions, queries or concerns.
My therapy rooms are Islington (near Angel) and the City of London (near Liverpool Street).
