Coming to therapy is the first step toward finding the tools within you to implement the changes you seek. I will work with you in a non-judgemental, confidential atmosphere. Assisting you to gain the confidence to move forward feeling equipped to deal with issues that may arise
Practice description
My approach to therapy is person centred and I integrate this with CBT and psychotherapy. I incorporate psycho education, mindfulness and eco-therapy tailoring your treatment to your individual needs.
