About me and my therapy practice
I understand how this time of year can bring up many anxieties, pressures and memories. Whatever is on your mind we can work on your wellbeing together, in a non-judgmental, non-directive way.
I believe in a holistic approach to mental health, addressing both the mind and body. As a Person-Centred therapist, I work with many of life's challenges, the core of my practice is the therapeutic relationship, therapy can be difficult, hard, and challenging, I understand that, and my hope is that you feel comfortable in sharing your story with me. I will respect, support you, and hold an honest empathic space for you where we can explore and understand these feelings which may arise in each session.
