As a qualified counsellor and psychotherapist, I provide a range of counselling and therapy services to clients at Habib Counselling. During our therapy sessions, I work collaboratively with clients to help them gain insight and develop coping strategies to deal with their challenges. Using a range of therapeutic approaches such as cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, and person-centred therapy, I tailor my approach to each client's specific needs and preferences.
