About me and my therapy practice

I work with issues such as anxiety, depression, feeling ‘stuck,’ low confidence, self-esteem, and social anxiety. My approach is compassionate, practical, and tailored to support you in creating meaningful and lasting change. I offer a safe and collaborative space to explore your feelings, thoughts, and behaviours, helping you understand how they affect you and what keeps them going. Together, we’ll develop a personalised toolkit of techniques to encourage healthier thinking and responses, build emotional balance, and help you reach your therapy goals.
CBT therapy is evidence-based and structured, but I also take a holistic approach, blending person-centered techniques with mindfulness and compassion-focused elements. Progress often happens between sessions, as you reflect, take notes, and try out strategies we’ve prepared together, fostering growth and lasting change beyond our time in the therapy room.
I have Post-Grad Diploma in Counselling and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and have worked in health centres, and with NHS patients

Practice description
Sessions are structured around clinically proven CBT techniques, as well as time to talk and be listened to about how you are feeling.
We work collaboratively to design a treatment plan that fits with your own life, interests and therapeutic goals.
By the end of therapy you shall have your own personalised ‘toolkit’ to keep using in your daily life, to maintain the progress you have made.
My first session
I offer a FREE 10-15 min chat on zoom or over the phone so you can get a feel for how I work, ask questions, and to see if I'd be suitable for you.
Then the first session is £50. This is specifically to get to know more about you and what is currently affecting you before the treatment begins.
