About me and my therapy practice
What I Offer:
I am an Integrative Counsellor, Somatic therapist and Inherited family trauma practitioner. An integrative approach can be used to address a wide variety of issues such as:
- Depression
- Anxiety
- Low self-esteem
- Feeling lost in life
- Burnout
- Family conflict
- Psycho-somatic symptoms
- Developmental trauma
- Inter-generational trauma
How I work:
There are two main elements to my approach; The first is to support you in understanding and making sense of the issues that are playing out in your life in the present moment.
The other is to process any suppressed emotions through somatic (body-based) therapy. This goes beyond the scope of traditional talk therapy, helping you to release and let go of emotional pain at a deeper level. This also includes connecting to your inner child and other parts of yourself which may have been neglected.
