I am a qualified IFS therapist also trained in Gestalt and person Centred humanistic therapies, I am also trained in Dr Sue Johnsons EFT for couples work.
Practice description
I work out of a lovely practice in a 16th century building in Banbury Oxfordshire seeing clients face to face and online
My first session
I offer all clients a free initial session
This session would be for the purposes of getting a good understanding of what the client is experiencing, so they can get an understanding of what to expect in therapy and how I work, and whether they are made to feel safe and happy for me to be their counsellor.
