About me and my therapy practice
Working together with a therapist can help you to make changes to aspects of your life that are limiting you and can help you heal from difficult experiences. I offer a confidential service and a safe space to reflect on your thoughts, feelings, behaviours and relationships.
Practice description
Ways of working are tailored to each individual client and can include expressive use of art media if desired. I have trained using a range of psychological theories and methods as a basis to enable me to work in an integrative way. I believe that counselling can be immensely powerful in helping people to work through emotional difficulties in order to realise their own potential in life more fully.
My first session
I offer a free telephone consultation of up to 15 minutes prior to starting therapy, if desired.
In the first session we will discuss what brings you to therapy and also a brief personal history.
Types of therapy
Brief therapy, Creative therapy, Gestalt, Humanistic, Integrative, Person centred, Phenomenological, Transactional analysis
Clients I work with
Adults, EAP, Trainees, Young people
