Hi, my name is Jenny Freeman and I am trained in offering Person-Centred, Humanistic and Existential Psychotherapy and Counselling. I offer Zoom and telephone counselling and some face-to-face sessions in Guildford, Surrey.
I am currently offering lower cost daytime remote Zoom slots to students at 拢50/session. I work remotely, nationwide using telephone and Zoom.
I welcome clients from all walks of life and with a wide range of issues.
I will work alongside you to try to understand what is at the root of your distress, for issues including anxiety, depression, addiction, bereavement/loss, relationship difficulties, for example.
Often mental distress can overshadow every part of life. My aim is to help reduce suffering, to find deeper understanding, to find healthy ways to cope, to place a high value on your mental health and to explore what else might be possible within the constraints of day-to-day life. I offer acceptance and the willingness to accompany you through your explorations of what is painful or unresolved.
Working with adults 16 and over, I also work specifically with clients in addiction recovery, and with their friends and family members.
