Availability
Currently I do have some counselling availability and will do my best to accommodate a mutually convenient time for sessions. I offer the first half hour free - your first session is usually an hour and a half but you would pay for just one hour.
About me and my therapy practice
Are you struggling with something difficult in the here and now, such as the loss of a loved one, or the breakdown of a relationship? Or perhaps you’re aware of vague, underlying feelings of sadness, anxiety, or anger. Maybe you feel trapped in a cycle of repeated disappointments with partners, friends, career and don’t know why. Whether you know what the problem is, or even if you don’t, therapy can help. It’s an opportunity to explore yourself; to examine feelings, thought, and motivations to gain understanding - the first step towards navigating a different, happier course. You've taken the first brave step - the next is to call.
I am offering both socially distanced face-to-face sessions, telephone or online sessions depending on individual preference. Please contact me to discuss
I work from a place of non-judgment and authenticity; we will work at your own pace. You can expect honesty and integrity from me always. Imagine trying to master a set of monkey bars. Counselling is like having someone standing underneath to encourage, to listen to your fears, to catch you if needed, and say keep going, it's ok, you can do this.
