Availability
Sessions are up to 50 minutes in duration and are on a fortnightly basis.
Sessions can be face to face, via video call or by telephone.
I work with clients on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays.
When fully booked, you can let me know what days/times/methods you are interested in and I can add you to my waiting list so I can contact you to let you know when I have availability
About me and my therapy practice
I have experience working with adults, children and young people. I work with clients from 9 years of age, with no upper age limit.
I have worked with people from many different walks of life, presenting common life problems and common mental health problems.
The person-centred approach is at the core of my work, integrated with solution-focused therapy and key concepts from other theories and approaches where I feel it would be beneficial.
Practice description
My aim is to create a safe space for you to explore your problems and move towards finding your own solution, while strengthening your self-confidence and self-belief.
