About me and my therapy practice
Hi, I'm Francesca and I am a fully qualified integrative therapist. I am trained in a variety of modalities, however, we all experience the world differently so it's therefore important that your therapeutic experience is tailored to your needs and suits you.
I work at your own pace and your focus, as you are the expert on you.
I feel there is nothing more beautiful and rewarding than helping others through difficult times and feel that everyone can benefit from having a safe space to just be you without any judgment.
My role as a therapist is to provide a safe and supportive space through which you might better understand the difficulties you may be facing, how you feel and how you can move forward without feeling overwhelmed.
It's ok not to be ok.
I will hear you, ask questions to gain an understanding of what life is like for you, so I can see the world from your eyes. I will provide you with the tools you need to move forward in life to feel empowered and able to trust in yourself.
Therapy can be a part of a treatment plan but it can also be a form of self-care that helps us process past experiences, increase our self-awareness and live a fulfilling life.
I am always grateful to my clients who have let me grow and learn with them, they have trusted me and given me the privilege of sharing their stories with me.
Training, qualifications & experience
I hold a Level 4 Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling and I am a Registered member of the Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¾«×¼×ÊÁÏ
I have monthly supervision and I am fully insured.
I also regularly partake in CPD [continuing professional development]
During my counselling training, I volunteered for 2 years, working at 2 different agencies, working with a diverse range of clients both face to face and online. I have experience working with anxiety, depression, bereavement, anger, abuse, trauma, eating disorders, low self-esteem and addiction.
