About me and my therapy practice
I have a wealth of experience in helping people explore their sexuality, gender and relationship identities.
I am comfortable working with neuro-diversity.
Much of my work is with survivors of domestic abuse.
As an experienced counsellor, it鈥檚 my job to build a helpful and safe relationship with you.
These days, I usually work via zoom or WhatsApp video.
I offer long-term and short-term therapy.
Practice description
I have over 20 years of professional experience in helping folk find their spark.
I鈥檝e got a postgraduate diploma in Psychodynamic counselling and lots of practical ways to help you feel better.
I integrate approaches that meet individual client鈥檚 needs. The range of approaches include cognitive behavioural, EMDR, Emotional Freedom Technique and Transactional Analysis.
