With a deeper sense of who we are comes the freedom to seek authenticity, and with it, the choice to live a more meaningful, connected, and fulfilling life emerges.
Counselling is a creative process and differs for everyone. It can be a relief to share long-buried feelings or helpful to have a space to talk that is free of judgement.
I work in a Person-Centred way and my approach is humanistic, relational, and considers the mind-body connection. Influencing my thinking is the belief that the culture around us shapes our experience of the world. I am mindful of oppressive social systems and create space to explore different intersections of identity. My practice is contemporary, heart-centred, queer, and LGBTQIA+ affirmative.
I am deeply fascinated by philosophy, archetypes, mythology, and the search for meaning. I often incorporate concepts from Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy, neurolinguistics, existential philosophy, and Jungian ideas (such as how we experience our dreams) into my practice.
With curiosity, kindness, and compassion, we will connect to the natural resources you have within, helping you reconnect with yourself, nurture self-worth, manage stress and anxiety, navigate past challenges, forge deeper connections, and find wisdom, growth, and healing.

I offer online therapy and welcome anyone seeking short or long-term sessions.
I have a Master’s (MSc) degree in Counselling and Psychotherapy, for which I was awarded a distinction and a Bachelor’s (BSc) degree in Psychology. I am also currently training to become a clinical supervisor.
I have experience supporting people coping with depression, loneliness, anxiety, panic attacks, stress, trauma, spirituality, LGBTQ+ and queer experiences, grief and bereavement, attachment, family and relationship difficulties, low self-esteem, shame, issues relating to identity, and burnout.
I am registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) and have practice insurance.
As a registered member of the Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¾«×¼×ÊÁÏ, I have regular supervision, take part in training, and work within their ethical framework.
