About me and my therapy practice
These are difficult moments. Life is full of transitions and unexpected situations – relationship break-ups, career changes, changing school/university, personal losses or moving home/country – that may challenge who you are, how you feel and your purpose in life.
If you are experiencing anxiety, depression, overwhelming or difficult emotions, negative thoughts, or unwanted behaviour; counselling in a supportive, non-judgemental, and safe space, can help you look at past and present events, set up goals, manage issues.
Practice description
There is no shame in asking for help. As a qualified Person-Centred counsellor, I will work with you to explore what is troubling you, how to develop resilience and what is the best way forward.
My first session
As the relationship between client and therapist is key, I offer a free 15 minute initial phone call or Zoom consultation to all new clients, to give us both the chance to see if we can work together.
