About me and my therapy practice
** ONLINE COUNSELLING **
I am a qualified trauma-informed counsellor, offering private counselling in Milton Keynes as well as online. I am a member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists, and adhere to the Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¾«×¼×ÊÁÏ ethical framework.
I work with adolescents and young people aged 12-25 for traditional counselling, with my expertise in working with care experienced young people. I create a warm, non-judgemental space in which to explore whatever has brought you to therapy.
Practice description
My therapeutic practice is underpinned by Developmental, Relational, and Trauma-Informed approaches, which takes into consideration how your early life and experiences may be influencing you presently. As an integrative therapist, I use a range of different therapeutic approaches to adapt to your unique needs as a client. My style is informed both by a psychodynamic approach and evidence-based models. I offer short-term therapy for a specific problem or life-event; or a longer-term, open-ended journey towards deepening your understanding and acceptance of yourself and others. With younger teenagers, the work can also be explored through play and using the arts.
